The new season, which follows young adults on the autism spectrum searching for love, premiered Wednesday, April 2, in honor of World Autism Awareness Day, bringing with it everything fans love about the hit Emmy® Award-winning docu-series: heart, honesty, and awkward-yet-sweet moments that will have you grinning through happy tears.

Returning to the screen are Dani, Abbey and David, Connor, James (of Boston, MA), and Tanner, who continue their journeys to find connection and romance. They’re also joined by new faces Madison, 27, of Sudbury MA, and Pari, 22, of Boston.

Jennifer Cook, of Glen Ridge, NJ, also makes appearances on the show. The author and neurodiversity expert guides cast members ahead of dates.

"With new daters, we concentrate on strengthening communication skills — creating reciprocity in conversation, active listening, asking questions that show your interest,” she tells Tudum. “But [as] folks move beyond the basics, it becomes more important to find some joy in learning what you bring to the table, and not shying away from that.”

Netflix calls the show “warm-hearted” and “insightful,” but let’s be honest — it’s also one of the most wholesome things streaming right now.
