Covid-19: Restaurant Adds $1 'Cuomo Chips' To Menu After NY Order Banning Buying Alcohol Only A New York pub has found a creative way to circumvent New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s latest edict regarding serving alcohol at restaurants amid the COVID-19 crisis. This week, Cuomo announced that bars and restaurants would not be permitted to sell alcoholic beverages without also ordering food, forcing the bar owner to get creative. 40 New Sears, Kmart Store Closures Announced, Including Three In NY Less than a month after it filed for bankruptcy and announced the closures of 142 Sears and Kmart stores, Sears Holdings is saying it's planning to close another 40 stores in February. The new round of closures means there will be roughly 660 Sears and Kmart stores still open.
