'Autopilot' Killed My Family: Man Who Lost Parents, Only Sibling In Parkway Tragedy Sues Tesla
The son of a Bergen County couple and their teenage daughter, who died in a horrific crash on the Garden State Parkway, is suing Tesla, claiming the car's autopilot mode failed to stop the deadly collision.
Max Dryerman, of Woodcliff Lake, filed the federal lawsuit Monday, June 23, in Camden, blaming Tesla's “defective” safety features for the deaths of his father David, his mother Michele, both 54, and his 17-year-old sister Brooke.

The Old Bridge Police Department is mourning the unexpected death of one of its own.
Officer Andrew Paterek died on Monday, June 23, the Old Bridge PBA Local 127 said.
“Andrew was more than a dedicated officer,” the PBA said in a statement. “He was a friend, a protector, and a true example of what it means to serve with integrity and compassion. His kindness, humility, and commitment to our community touched countless lives.
