A resident flagged down a Norwood patrol officer at 11:14 a.m. to report the suspicious incident on Fourteenth Street, which had occurred about 10 minutes earlier, police said.  The man — described as a bearded Hispanic male in his mid-30s — was driving a black sedan with tinted windows and a lowered suspension. Driver Crawls Out Of Overturned Car Following Norwood Crash: Police A 54-year-old Hillsdale resident was largely unscathed after his vehicle overturned in Norwood on Thursday, Sept. 19, police said. The driver was heading south on Summit Street when the vehicle struck a parked car and overturned around 8:10 p.m., Norwood Police Chief Christian Federici said. Norwood EMS responded to the scene and assessed the driver, who Federici said declined transport to a hospital.
